Right from the very beginning you all were friendly and personable! Communication confirming appointments is excellent. Commitment keeping appointments excellent! Response time to emails and cancellations excellent! Billing is clear showing line items that are charged. I appreciated the discount for dedicated customers and the forgiveness for my paying my bill late with no penalty. I'd give you a higher rating than 10 and I absolutely will recommend you to anyone in need of your services and if I'm in need of your services again you better believe I'll be back (: Thank you for your services all these years!
